Although it is titled Buddha’s Brain, it is more scientific than religious but it references the teachings of Buddha because they practice meditation. This book is a great tool to be used in every situation. It is important for us as human beings to know exactly how we function. Otherwise, how will we be able to overcome if we do not fully understand?
It helped me put things into perspective: why do I react a certain way to certain things and people; why do I feel sad randomly sometimes; why do I feel happy; angry. It will help you in learning about yourself and realizing that after all, we are simply just a brain that needs training.
